Our pump offering

Flowrox™ LPP-T peristaltic pumps
Flowrox LPP-T transfer pumps incorporate advanced single roller design which eliminates friction and lowers energy consumption. They are ideal for pumping various slurries and dosing a wide range of abrasive, corrosive, viscous or crystallizing media.

Flowrox™ LPP-D dosing pumps
Flowrox LPP-D pumps are ideal for dosing and flow control. The dosing pumps provide accurate dosing in all process conditions as the pump discharge flow does not depend on the pipeline pressure. There is no variation due to the discharge pressure condition, output remains the same on every cycle. They are ideal for demanding process media.

Flowrox™ progressive cavity pumps: E-, EL- and D-series
Flowrox progressive cavity (PC) pumps are ideal for challenging applications with high viscous, corrosive and other difficult or sensitive media. Flowrox PC pumps are divided into three series. E-series is ideal for industrial and paste pumping applications. EL-series PC pumps excel in demanding wastewater and municipal waste applications. D-series progressive cavity pumps are designed especially for chemical and flocculant dosing applications.

Flowrox™ FXM metering pumps
Flowrox™ FXM metering pump is ideal for chemical dosing applications which require accurate metering. To optimise metering performance, we offer FXM2 and FXM3 series pumps with improved performance. As flow control specialists, we know it is a big advantage to have only one wear-resistant part (tube assembly) in contact with corrosive or abrasive mediums. Flowrox FXM pump has low consumption of spare parts, reduces maintenance and downtime, improves process performance and provides accurate dosing.

Flowrox™ centrifugal pumps: CF-S and CF-V
Flowrox centrifugal pumps are designed to continuously run in heavy duty conditions. The pump components are wear-resistant and can withstand the most abrasive and corrosive slurries. Flowrox centrifugal pumps are most fit for mining, minerals processing and other industrial applications. Despite tough conditions, the pumps deliver reliable performance.

Flowrox™ Expulse™ pulsation dampener
Flowrox Expulse pulsation dampener has an important job to minimize pulsation distractions, a common issue with several types of positive displacement pumps. Pulsations can result in annoying noise and vibrations in the process pipeline, which can potentially lead to breakages over time.

Spare parts for Flowrox™ pumps
Flowrox has a wide selection of spare parts for own peristaltic pumps (hoses, tubes, etc). We also manufacture and deliver spare parts for all PC (progressive cavity) pumps - stators, rotors, drive shafts, coupling rods, joint assemblies, bearings sets and sealings.

Pumping 76% rock solids with Flowrox™ hose pumps
LKAB Svappavaara iron ore mine in Sweden chose Flowrox LPP-T100 transfer pumps for their pelletizing plant. They were looking for a solution that would allow them to pump effectively paste and high-density slurries. "The most important thing in terms of pump performance is that they function reliably. All the other benefits come after that. If a pump is not reliable, there is nothing else to benefit from either", the customer states.

Steady and reliable feed ensured at a chemical plant in Germany with Flowrox pumps
CURRENTA is managing and providing services to CHEMPARK in Leverkusen, Germany. All of its hazardous waste incineration plants were using conventional filter presses to separate solids from waste water generated by flue-gas scrubbing. In 2009, CURRENTA started a modernization project to replace the existing filter press installations. Nowadays, Flowrox™ LPP-T peristaltic pumps feed fully automatic filter presses for flue-gas scrubbing process in this German chemical plant.

Rubber hose solves scaling issue -Increased uptime and process efficiency with Flowrox pumps
A smelting plant in Norway had a scaling problem. Their spill process water contains lots of carbonates which caused reoccurring damage to the previously used centrifugal pump. Another challenge for the new pump was to also empty the 3-meter-deep tank located underneath the pump’s location.

What makes single rolling design peristaltic pumps the best solution when pumping abrasive slurries?
The superintendent of the water treatment plant was examining shoe designed peristaltic pumps and single rolling design peristaltic pumps. The customer was convinced that Flowrox's peristaltic pump with only one compression per 360 degree revolution will lead to at least 3-5 times longer hose life time than conventional hose pumps. After installation, the first hoses in the Flowrox pumps lasted approximately for 9 months - a great result with 11 million revolutions while pumping abrasive lime.

Reliable Flowrox™ metering pumps proved better overall reliability and accurate dosing while pumping poly glycol acid in a cement plant
A major cement producer chose Flowrox™ metering pumps to control grinding aid in cement industry. The process is pumping poly glycol acid. The Flowrox pumps have replaced mechanical diaphragm pumps and have proved better overall reliability and accurate dosing.

Reliable Flowrox™ metering pumps eliminate chemical spills in a waste water treatment plant
Camden Waste Water Treatment Plant needed a more reliable and safer dosing operation than the previous selected solutions. To meet their needs, we worked closely with the consulting engineer and assisted with the selection of the most advantageous and suitable Flowrox™ metering pumps in a wall mount packaged pumping systems.
