Flowrox™ product and service offering
Pumps and valves for flow control
Flowrox™ solutions, formerly known as Larox Flowsys, entail more than 40 years of experience in flow and process control and elastomer technology. Flowrox™ valves and pumps are designed for demanding process conditions in a variety of process industries, especially in the mining, minerals processing, metallurgy, construction, energy, environment, and chemical industries. The Flowrox brand has been owned by Neles Group since November 1, 2021. As of April 1, 2022 Neles is the Flow Control business line in Valmet.
We provide pinch and slurry knife gate valves for flow control. Flowrox™ pinch valves can be either used for shut-off (also known as isolation) or control. Every Flowrox valve is fit for the most demanding applications in which conventional ones encounter problems with wear due to increased turbulence. When the controlled flow is abrasive, it is a big advantage to have only one, wear-resistant, valve part in contact with the medium. The need for maintenance and spare parts is reduced. We provide tailor-made valves for flow control solutions precisely according to given specifications.

Flowrox™ heavy duty pinch valves
Flowrox PV, PVE and PVE/S heavy duty pinch valves are designed for shut off and control applications involving abrasive or corrosive slurries, powders or granular substances. In the open position, the valve is full bore with no flow restrictions. During closing, two pinch bars squeeze the valve sleeve shut on the center line. Bubble tight shut-off is provided even if solids have built up on the sleeve wall.

Flowrox™ PVG and PVEG pinch valves
Flowrox PVG and PVEG pinch valves are robust and cost effective with simple, single-sided closing mechanism. PVG valve has a strong valve body and opening tags in the sleeve as a standard. PVEG valve has a corrosion resistant and light-weight plastic body. Through the reliability and structure, both kinds of valves offer substantial savings based on improved performance, long service lifetime and low total cost of ownership. Flowrox PVG and PVEG valves are ideal for low cycle applications involving abrasion, corrosion and aggressive slurries

Flowrox™ slurry knife gate valves
Heavy duty slurry knife gate valve isolates flow even in the most demanding process conditions. The bi-directional flow tolerates backflow and elastomer sleeves on both sides of the gate provide tight shut off. Flowrox knife gate valve follows the concept of the ease of maintenance. The valve body is cast in one piece which eliminates the need for sealing between the body halves. Load distribution ring is integrated into the valve sleeves. The valve contains only two service parts; ring sleeves and secondary seal.
Flowrox industrial pumps serve a wide range of process industries. Peristaltic hose pumps and progressive cavity pumps are specifically designed for demanding processes involving abrasive, corrosive, highly viscous or crystallizing media with high solids content. Flowrox peristaltic hose pumps are installed worldwide in numerous slurry applications, as well as progressive cavity pumps in paste pumping applications.

Flowrox™ LPP-T peristaltic pumps
Flowrox LPP-T transfer pumps incorporate advanced single roller design which eliminates friction and lowers energy consumption. They are ideal for pumping various slurries and dosing a wide range of abrasive, corrosive, viscous or crystallizing media.

Flowrox™ LPP-D dosing pumps
Flowrox LPP-D pumps are ideal for dosing and flow control. The dosing pumps provide accurate dosing in all process conditions as the pump discharge flow does not depend on the pipeline pressure. There is no variation due to the discharge pressure condition, output remains the same on every cycle. They are ideal for demanding process media.

Flowrox™ Expulse™ pulsation dampener
Flowrox Expulse pulsation dampener has an important job to minimize pulsation distractions, a common issue with several types of positive displacement pumps. Pulsations can result in annoying noise and vibrations in the process pipeline, which can potentially lead to breakages over time.

Flowrox™ progressive cavity pumps: E-, EL- and D-series
Flowrox progressive cavity (PC) pumps are ideal for challenging applications with high viscous, corrosive and other difficult or sensitive media. Flowrox PC pumps are divided into three series. E-series is ideal for industrial and paste pumping applications. EL-series PC pumps excel in demanding wastewater and municipal waste applications. D-series progressive cavity pumps are designed especially for chemical and flocculant dosing applications.

Flowrox™ centrifugal pumps: CF-S and CF-V
Flowrox centrifugal pumps are designed to continuously run in heavy duty conditions. The pump components are wear-resistant and can withstand the most abrasive and corrosive slurries. Flowrox centrifugal pumps are most fit for mining, minerals processing and other industrial applications. Despite tough conditions, the pumps deliver reliable performance.

Flowrox™ FXM metering pumps
Flowrox™ FXM metering pump is ideal for chemical dosing applications which require accurate metering. To optimise metering performance, we offer FXM2 and FXM3 series pumps with improved performance. As flow control specialists, we know it is a big advantage to have only one wear-resistant part (tube assembly) in contact with corrosive or abrasive mediums. Flowrox FXM pump has low consumption of spare parts, reduces maintenance and downtime, improves process performance and provides accurate dosing.
We manufacture and deliver original spare parts and components to all Flowrox hose pumps, progressive cavity pumps, valves and knife gate valves. Original and compatible replacement components to other brands of pumps and valves are also available through us.
We manufacture the spare parts ourselves, guaranteeing quality and availability. Flowrox spare parts are manufactured according to the highest quality standards with more than 20 years of experience.

Spare parts for Flowrox™ pumps
Flowrox has a wide selection of spare parts for own peristaltic pumps (hoses, tubes, etc). We also manufacture and deliver spare parts for all PC (progressive cavity) pumps - stators, rotors, drive shafts, coupling rods, joint assemblies, bearings sets and sealings.

Spare parts for Flowrox™ valves
We manufacture and deliver high-quality spare parts for all Flowrox™ valves. Genuine parts ensure that they are certified and specifically suited for your process. Elastic sleeve is the core of the FlowroxTM valve. It is the only part in contact with the process medium.

Valve maintenance and repairs
All valves must be repaired at some point. Incorrect repairs or the use of inferior parts create safety risks. That’s why being your reliability partner means we carefully plan maintenance and only use original spare parts to reduce the number of unexpected production breaks and failures. Quality repairs using original spare parts ensure that your valves meet their original specifications after maintenance and will reach their maximum lifetime.
